Thank you for joining Vamoos, we're really excited to have you on board! This article will tell you everything you need to know about getting set up with us.

Create an account and add your colleagues
Step 1 - First things first you need to create a business account for your company! See our article on signing up
Step 2 - Don't work alone, invite your colleagues and set them up as users on the account! See how to add additional users
Add your logo
Step 3 - Next you need to add your logo so it shows front and centre for all of your trips! See how here
Create your Hotel or accommodation!
Step 4 - Now you are ready to create your property - way to go!
- Start with the basics and add the General Information about the property
- Next, add your personalised call-to-action buttons
- You can then add your top recommendations in the Points of Interest section
- Add in some images of the property to the Gallery
- Showcase your property and what it entails in the Directory
- Next, advertise all the activities you have to offer your guests in the Daily Activities section
- Then, display your local promotions exclusively for your guests in Vouchers/Menus
- Set up some notifications and messaging before, during or after your client's trip
- Finally, show your clients a digital brochure of your other properties or activites and inspire them to rebook with you!
Send Vamoos out to your clients
Step 5 - Now you have created your trip, it's time to send it out and wow your clients. Here are some examples of how to do this.
