Perform Bulk Actions on multiple trips in your Vamoos List.

Introduction to Actions
- Perform Bulk Actions on multiple trips using the Actions button. Actions that you can carry out are: Delete trips, Add update notifications, Add inspiration, Add document
How to use Actions
- To start performing Bulk Actions, select multiple trips by checking the box
- To perform an Action, press on the ACTIONS button
- You will be able to see how many trips you have selected by the number on the ACTIONS button
- You can see the different Actions options in the drop-down
Delete trips
- Use the Delete trip actions to delete multiple trips at once
- Select the trips you would like to delete by checking the box
- Press the ACTIONS button and select Delete trips
- A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation. To delete the selected trips, click CONFIRM
- To view your deleted trips, go to your Vamoos List and press the View Deleted button
- Here, you will be able to view and restore any deleted trips. Press the View Active button to return to your trips
Add update notification
- Use the add update notification action to send force update notifications to multiple trips
- Select the trips you would like to send a force update notification to by checking the box
- Press the ACTIONS button and select Add update notification
- Send a force update notification via template or a bespoke notification
- Press SEND to send the notification
Add inspiration
- Select the trips you would like to add an inspiration to by checking the box
- Press the ACTIONS button and select Add inspiration
- Choose inspiration: select the inspiration you would like to add
- Message content: add a message that you like the notification to say.
If you're using Inspirations for promoting other destinations, why not try something like: "We hope you had an amazing holiday! Why not check out some other detinations we're heading too next year?"
- Period: chose when you want the notification to be sent and when the Inspiration will be the opening view of the app
- Press ADD to add the Inspiration
Add document
- Select the trips you would like to add a document to by checking the box
- Press the ACTIONS button and select Add document
- Document type: Choose whether you want to add a Travel or Destination document
- Title: Add a title for the document
- Press the ADD button to add a document from your library, upload a document or add a URL link
- Click ADD to add the document
