Use the Vamoos Library to upload and store images, document files and links, and Storyboard frames, which can then be easily used in any Trip you create.

Library Introduction
- The Vamoos Library allows you to store images, document files and links, and Storyboard frames in one location. For any pictures, files, or frames that you are likely to use on repeated Trips, add these to your library so you only ever have to upload them once.
- To begin adding to your Library, go into your Vamoos portal and navigate to Library in the top menu.
- To upload individual files or links, press the orange FILE button, then upload or drag the file in.
- To create folders, press the orange FOLDER button.
Top Tip: We recommend creating folders first if you have an idea of categories you may break Library items into. These can be location-based, information-based, etc.- Move files into folders or edit the name by pressing the 'Edit file' button in the right menu by your file.
- Sort a file into a folder by selecting the Folder dropdown menu and choosing the correct folder.
Images
- If there are specific or personal images you will use across multiple trips, upload these to your Library.
- The images can be in any format in the Library; however, the General image under Trips and pictures for Inspirations must be a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.
- You can upload images from your Library when adding the General photo, an Overlay Logo, POI photos, Storyboard images, and pictures for Inspirations.
Documents
- For Documents that you will need on numerous trips, add these files or links to the Library.
- The files can be in any format; however, for the Documents feature and Storyboard Documents, they must be a .pdf.
- You can upload links or files from your Library under Locations, POIs, Documents, and Storyboard Documents.
Storyboard Frames
- If you will use a Storyboard frame in a future trip, you can save individual frames to the Library.
- Select the 'Add to library' button in the menu of an individual Storyboard frame to store it.
- To pull a frame out of the Library, click the 'Add to Storyboard' button in the top menu.
- Select the desired frame from your Library, then make any necessary edits or reordering.
Top tip: You can sort Storyboard frames into folders in the Library.
Updating a Library Item
- Please note, when you update a PDF document in the Library and replace it with a new file, this will update the document across all trips which you added it to from the Library.
- If you uploaded your file straight from your desktop and did not bring it into a trip from the Library, the file will not update.
FAQs
- Q: Can I add multiple files to a folder at once?
A: If files have already been added, you can only move one at a time to a folder; however, if you are uploading new files, you can add multiple to a folder at once by opening the folder and adding files.
