Getting started with Vamoos

Welcome to Vamoos! 


Thank you for joining Vamoos, we're excited to have you on board! This article will tell you everything you need to know about getting set up with us.

Create an account and add your colleagues 


Step 1 - To begin, you need to create for a business account for your company in our portal! For full steps on registering, please see our article on signing up.




Step 2 - Don't work alone - invite your colleagues! To register for a user account, sign up for an account as a 'New user for an existing organisation'. The user who created the business account will then just need to add the additional users to the account. Steps on adding users can be found in this guide



Add your logo


Step 3 - Next, you need to add your logo in Settings > Brand > Logo so it shows front and centre for all of your trips! Read the full steps on creating your brand here.




Begin creating your first trip!


Step 4Now you're ready to create your first trip - way to go! Begin by adding our core features.



  • General Information: Start with the basic details about the trip, which includes the login info, trip title & dates, and main image.


  • Documents: Next, add relevant PDF files and URL links. There are two categories (that can be renamed): one for travel documents and the other for destination documents. 


  • Locations: Add the main spots your clients will be visiting - typically, this is for accommodation. 


  • Storyboard: Build your day-by-day itinerary with an image, title, location, additional details, and supplementary documents for each frame.


  • Flights: Add your clients' flight details so they receive automated live updates! 


Level up your trip


Step 5 - Now that you've added the basic information, enhance your trip with our additional features. 



  • People: Add your travellers' names to the trip. You can then use our Personalisation feature to restrict documents, flights, and Storyboard frames to the relevant travellers.


  • Messaging: Turn on messaging to maintain communication with clients before, during or after their trip.



In the Shared section, you can create one-off templates that are accessible on all of your trips.




  • Points of Interest (POI): Add your top local recommendations, with category, description, and attachment for each, to showcase expert knowledge of an area.


  • Notifications: Set up prescheduled notifications to create an easy travel comms schedule. 


  • Inspirations: Finally, showcase a digital brochure of your other trips and destinations and inspire clients to rebook with you!


Send Vamoos out to your clients


Step 6 - Once you have created your trip, it's time to send out the app details and wow your clients. We've created free-to-download email, social media, and website templates you can use to share Vamoos with your clients here.
