Thank you for joining Vamoos, we're really excited to have you on board! This article will tell you everything you need to know about getting set up with us.
For new customers - don't forget to book your training session with the customer success team. We can run you through all the features and give you best-practice advice tailored to your company.
Create an account and add your colleagues
Step 1 - First things first you need to create a business account for your company! See our article on signing up
Step 2 - Don't work alone, invite your colleagues and set them up as users on the account! See how to add additional users
Add your logo
Step 3 - Next you need to add your logo so it shows front and centre for all of your trips! See how here
Create your first trip!
Step 4 - Now you are ready to create your first trip - way to go!
- Start with the basics and add the General Information of the trip
- Next, add your travel & destination documents
- Next, add the locations or hotels your clients will be visiting
- Add in your top recommendations in the Points of Interest section
- Then add your day-by-day itinerary information in the Storyboard
- Add your clients' flights (so they receive live updates!)
- Set up some notifications and messaging before, during or after your client's trip
- Finally, show your clients a digital brochure of your other destinations and inspire them to rebook with you!

Step 5 - Now you have created your trip, it's time to send it out and wow your clients. Here are some examples of how to do this.
