Vamoos can be used as a quotation tool, send a URL with a stunning visual itinerary and quote or attach an auto-generated PDF proposal. When your customers pay their deposit, their itinerary is all ready to go on the Vamoos portal, just add their final details and give them access to the app.

Sending a URL with a quote
- The quotation tool in Vamoos is called 'Instant View' and is a stunning visual proposal that includes a branded home screen with a countdown timer, the proposed itinerary in the storyboard and maps. You can also add pricing information by adding an additional storyboard frame at the end
TOP TIP: if you want to add a frame for pricing in the storyboard, try adding a # in front of the day title and it will remove the date from that pricing frame- Once you've added your content in the storyboard, you can find the Instant View link at the bottom of the General section of a trip
- Click Copy to copy the link, or click Preview to open it in a new tab then you can share the link with your prospective clients.
PLEASE NOTE: This will only appear once you have added your day-by-day content in the storyboard, if your storyboard is blank you wont be able to see the option for instant view 
Sending a PDF with a quote
- The other method of sending a quote is by using the automatic PDF generation tool called Creations. See our guide on how to create these here.
- If you'd like to add pricing information on the PDF, we'd recommend adding this in either the Front or Last Page Notes sections as this inserts an extra page where you can add custom information
