Step 1: Create a free Canva account
- To begin, go to canva.com and create a free Canva account, or log in if you already have a registered profile.
Step 2: Take mobile screenshots of your Trip or Stay
- Open the Vamoos app on your mobile device, and log into the Trip or Stay you want to take screenshots from.
- Take screenshots of whatever features within Vamoos you would like to use to promote the app.
- For Trips, some common suggestions are the home page, Summary + a Details page, the map, or the Explore feature.
- For Stays, this is often the Gallery, Directory, Daily Activities, the map, or the info page.
- Send these screenshots to your desktop, and save the files.
Step 3: Begin a presentation on Canva
- Open Canva and begin a Presentation
- For single screenshots, 'Create a design' and select Poster.
- Once in your Presentation, go to Uploads on the left menu, click Upload files, and select the screenshot files to bring these into your Canva.
Step 4: Create your promotional screenshots
- Go to Elements in the left menu and search for 'iPhone frame'. Select the first option.
- Add 2 to 4 frames to your Presentation, and resize and space them evenly on the document.
- Return to Uploads, and drag and drop your screenshots into each iPhone frame.
- Once you have all your prepared iPhone screenshots, select Share in the top right corner. Download the file in your preferred format.
Step 5: Send the material to (prospective) clients
- You will then have your promotional screenshots, showing clients exactly what Vamoos will look like when they download the app and sign into their Trip or Stay.
- You can put these screenshots on your website, or send them to clients or prospective clients to show them a preview of the great features they will get from Vamoos on their trip or stay!
